Do I have access to the support portal in the Solo plan?
All Hublifters have access to our support portal 24hr/7 regardless of their HubLift plan.
What happens when I request assistance?
You will create a task on your support space in our portal. The task is immediately assigned to one of our agents who will triage it and reply to you within 24 hours.
What happens when triage is done?
When triage is complete, the task is added to your active task queue. Implementation takes place one task at the time or three tasks at the time (depending on your HubLift plan). This allows you to review the task delivered and approve it or ask for revisions until you are happy.
Can you guide us in our onboarding?
Yes! Full Guidance. We have pre-built onboarding roadmaps for all HubSpot subscriptions and levels. These roadmaps are tailored to each subscription and include: System-wide core settings, Objects set up, Databases design and record creation, Reports & Dashboards, Initial automations, and SOP library for in-house users to complete basic tasks in HubSpot.
How much time before I can operate in my HubSpot account?
